Applying for conducting research and studies for -scientific - administrative - other

Requirements and required documents

• Obtaining the approval of the Scientific Research Ethics Committee (REC), Faculty College of Medicine
• Fill out a research request form
• Signing the pledge and binding agreement
• The CV of the principal researcher and assistants for non-employees of KAU
• Fill out the Hospital ID card form
• Fill out the Informed consent (if requests).
• Introductory statement for Bachelor's and Master's students.
• Submit a detailed research plan
• A copy of National ID / Iqama (valid).
• Fill out the Medical examination form
• All documents shall be sent to the email: uh.td@kau.edu.sa
• The research request will be review by the hospital's Research Ethics Committee (REC), a report will give in case there are observations for correction and completed
• In case the request is complied with, the committee will be obtaining the final approval and issuing the entry card
